“The rooms were dated and the furniture and drapes were worn and in need of replacement. There was a crack in the bathroom sink filled with silicon and the hot water fluctuated from cold to hot during a shower. The extra charge to use the spa and pool (2200 yen) was disappointing given the price of the room and should have been complimentary for guests. The dining facilities were very good inclusive of the dinner buffet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location next to the beach...

“Amazing hotel that we come back every time visiting Hakata. The staffs are extremely helpful. Breakfast -- amazing! The location is in the middle of the city that you have a lot walkable place to visit. You will never see this hotel being crowded or messy, that is very hard to maintain in such a busy area. Will definitely come back again and again!”

“I booking this hotel, over others, on the basis of its pool and its gym. Unfortunately these come with an additional charge of £17 (approx) per person per night. Given the price of the hotel itself and visiting as a family this was disappointing. Kids can’t access the pool either. Beyond this, the hotel itself is really nice and the staff are very professional and courteous. It is also well located.”

“酒店距離博多站8-10分鐘距離，尚算方便。 房間夠大，可以平放大喼。 廁所沖涼房乾濕分離，不錯。 房間有小蚊子，但尚算整潔。 房間雪櫃有2支水，14罐酒，2樓公共區還可以24小時任飲生啤和highball，有nuts，有微波爐，非常好！ 入住其間不包括清潔房間服務，要自行將垃圾拿到2樓，和換毛巾，有一點點不方便。 寄存行李要收錢，但12:00 checkout time，可以不用寄行李。”
